This 2nd floor comfortable 2 bedroom condo, has a balcony with a partial ocean view. You can hear the smooth movement of the waves and enjoy the afternoon sitting down facing the ocean. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twin size beds and there is a full size Sleeper Sofa in the living room. There is a second full bathroom in the condo. A full kitchen with the basics (no dishwasher), dining area with sitting for 4 and a comfortable new sofa in front of the TV in the living area. Cable TV and Wifi.

It features assigned parking for two vehicles (permits are required) and a swimming pool available for staying guests (wrist bands are required)

Come back from the beach in the afternoons and sit in the front balcony facing the ocean and enjoy your favorite cold drink.

Once I rent this unit, how will I get the keys?

You don’t need a key!
I have installed electronic locks in all access doors. A couple days before your arrival I will provide you with a “personalized access code” and check-in instructions. 

 

Is there a grill available?

Most properties have either a portable charcoal grill or an open flame charcoal grill available on first come first served basis.

 

Is there parking available? 

Yes, this unit has parking for two vehicles in tandem. Permits are required. Please do not block other units parking spaces! Some streets in SPI allow parking on the street and some don’t. Please ask! 

 

Is the swimming pool heated?

No, it is not!

 

Is the swimming pool shared?

Yes, the patio and swimming pool are shared with other units! 

 

Are pets allowed?

No pets allowed in this condo

 

Is there an age restriction to rent this property?

Yes, there is. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. Exceptions are possible through a higher refundable deposit but complete group must be older than 21. Other restrictions and requirements may apply

 

How far is the beach?

It me 3-5 minutes to walk from the property to the public beach access.

 

Are parties or events allowed?

No, neither parties nor events are allowed at any of our properties. Some complexes when this rule is broken, the responsible person(s) may be subject to a $300 fine.

 

May I exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. May I bring an air mattress? Are children counted?

No, each property holds an occupancy certificate issued by the City of South Padre Island. Exceeding maximum occupancy risks voiding the certificate and may subject you to hefty fines or eviction. You may bring an air mattress as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Yes, children are counted in the number of guests
