You don’t need a key. Unless otherwise indicated, all of our properties have electronic locks in all access doors. A couple of days prior to your arrival, you will receive a personalized access code and check-in instructions.
We recommend you bring beach towels, beach gear and personal toiletries. If you like to cook, bring also your favorite spices.
The property has bath towels and a full linen set-up. There is a washer and dryer and a start up kit with laundry detergent.
Each bathroom will have a couple rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. We recommend you bring additional toilet paper if your stay is for more than a couple of days!
Trash cans have a few trash bags as well!
The kitchen has most of the basics, including dish and dishwasher (if applicable) detergent. There should also be paper coffee filters!
Yes, all of our properties have WiFi. Please note the service is provided by Spectrum and we can not guarantee speed or connectivity.
Most of our properties are pet friendly through a small pet fee. Please ask!
The closest property we own and manage is 1/2 block from the beach. The farthest is one block from the beach. It takes me 3-7 minutes walk to get to the public beach access.
Yes, we do. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period to be able to rent any of our properties. Some exceptions may be possible but the absolute minimum age must be 21, and a higher refundable deposit will be required. Other requirements may apply as well!
No, absolutely not. All of our properties are for residential use only. No pool or house parties are allowed.
Most properties have portable charcoal grills available. Please ask to see if the property you are renting is one of those. (There are a couple of properties where the HOA doesn’t allow grills)
Provided you submitted one and no claims are pending against it, the refund should be processed within 7 to 15 days after departure. And in most cases it will be refunded to the same account used to effect payment.
Yes… a filled and signed rental agreement with a copy of a valid ID is required for all rentals. A copy of the Credit or Debit card used to effect payment must be on file before checking in!
