Awesome 2/2/1 condo in Brownsville Country Club. Fully furnished.
The unit has been partially remodeled in 2017, with new ceiling textures, new tiled Master Bathroom

Brownsville Country Club, Vista Verde Condominiums. A couple of blocks away from BCC Golf Course, and walking distance to Sunrise Mall, this condo is really close to the true commercial heart in Brownsville.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Two Flat screen T Vs  and a very comfortable full size sleeper sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private, recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two twin size beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The condo sleeps 4 guests in beds and 2 more in a sleeper sofa in the living room. It allows up to 6 guests total.

The unit also has a 1 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage.

House trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee (non-refundable)

You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)

Once I rent this unit, how will I get the keys?

You don’t need a key!
I have installed electronic locks in all access doors. A couple days before your arrival I will provide you with a “personalized access code” and check-in instructions. 

 

Is there parking available? 

Yes, there is unassigned parking for at least two vehicles per unit. You may also park you vehicle in the garage.  

 

Is there a swimming pool?

No, this condominium complex does not have a swimming pool!

 

Are pets allowed?

House-trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee! 2 pets max!

 

Is there an age restriction to rent this property?

Yes, there is. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. Exceptions are possible through a higher refundable deposit but complete group must be older than 21. Other restrictions and requirements may apply

 

How far is the beach?

The closest beach is South Padre Island, about 30 miles from here.

 

Are parties or events allowed?

No, neither parties nor events are allowed at any of our properties. Some complexes when this rule is broken, the responsible person(s) may be subject to a $300 fine.

 

May I exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. May I bring an air mattress? Are children counted?

No, each property holds an occupancy certificate issued by the City of Brownsville. Exceeding maximum occupancy risks voiding the certificate and may subject you to hefty fines or eviction. You may bring an air mattress as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Yes, children are counted in the number of guests

 

Is the golf course public?

Yes it is, it belongs to the city of Brownsville.
