Awesome 2/2 ground floor unit just one block from the beach and very close to restaurants and the commercial strip of South Padre Island.

The property features a Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a second bedroom with a queen and a twin size beds. There are modern LED flat screen TVs in the living room and Master bedroom and ceiling fans in each room. A very functional kitchen with all the basics for you and your family and friends to cook your favorite meals. The living room has two very comfortable leather sofas facing the large LED flat screen TV. The dinning area faces the kitchen and opposite to wide French doors to access the back patio and the swimming pool. The fully fenced patio and the covered porch provides an exquisite area to enjoy the afternoons while having your favorite cold refreshment.

There is assigned parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

A brisk walk, and you are at the wonderful, sunny and breezy beaches of South Padre Island. This is the perfect property to spend a safe, comfortable and fun time with family and friends.

Once I rent this unit, how will I get the keys?

You don’t need a key!
I have installed electronic locks in all access doors. A couple days before your arrival I will provide you with a “personalized access code” and check-in instructions.

Is there a grill available?

There is a portable charcoal grill or an open flame charcoal grill available on first come first served basis.

Is there parking available?

Yes, all units have at least parking for two vehicles. Please do not block other units parking spaces! Some streets in SPI allow parking on the street and some don’t. Please ask!

Is the swimming pool heated?

No, it is not!

Is the swimming pool shared?

Yes, the patio and swimming pool are shared with other units!

Are pets allowed?

House-trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee! 2 pets max!

Is there an age restriction to rent this property?

Yes, there is. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. Exceptions are possible through a higher refundable deposit but complete group must be older than 21. Other restrictions and requirements may apply

How far is the beach?

It takes me 4-8 minutes to walk from the property to the public beach access.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, neither parties nor events are allowed at any of our properties. Some complexes when this rule is broken, the responsible person(s) may be subject to a $300 fine.

May I exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. May I bring an air mattress? Are children counted?

No, each property holds an occupancy certificate issued by the City of South Padre Island. Exceeding maximum occupancy risks voiding the certificate and may subject you to hefty fines or eviction. You may bring an air mattress as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Yes, children are counted in the number of guests
