This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect family rental that will leave both the kids and adults happy. The home has a large flat LCD screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A king size bed and a LED flat screen TV in the Master bedroom, a queen size in bedroom #2 and two twin beds in bedroom #3. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a washer and dryer vertical center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. The dining area has French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the pool. A refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two other units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds.

The wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of good restaurants at walking distance from the home, such as PadreRita Grill and Blackbeards, two of my favorites!
