Hacienda del Mar #1 is a comfy townhouse located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is half block from Blackbeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The townhouse showcases hi-speed wireless internet, two (2) flat screen LED T Vs (the living room TV is a 65"smart TV), leather sectional sofas/recliner, ceramic tile counter tops, washer/dryer, central air .

Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons either at the semiprivate swimming pool or on one of the decks/balcony overlooking the street or the pool.
The Patio also features a BBQ grill and a bar counter top where to enjoy a cold refreshment by the pool.

House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked

- Multilevel property - Garage on ground floor, Living area and 2nd floor... Master Bedroom on 3rd floor.
- Swimming pool is not heated

Once I rent this unit, how will I get the keys?

You don’t need a key!
I have installed electronic locks in all access doors. A couple days before your arrival I will provide you with a “personalized access code” and check-in instructions.

Is there a grill available?

There is a portable charcoal grill or an open flame charcoal grill available on first come first served basis.

Is there parking available?

Yes, all units have at least parking for two vehicles. Please do not block other units parking spaces! Some streets in SPI allow parking on the street and some don’t. Please ask!

Is the swimming pool heated?

No, it is not!

Is the swimming pool shared?

Yes, the patio and swimming pool are shared with other units!

Are pets allowed?

House-trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee! 2 pets max!

Is there an age restriction to rent this property?

Yes, there is. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. Exceptions are possible through a higher refundable deposit but complete group must be older than 21. Other restrictions and requirements may apply

How far is the beach?

It me 4-7 minutes to walk from the property to the public beach access.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, neither parties nor events are allowed at any of our properties. Some complexes when this rule is broken, the responsible person(s) may be subject to a $300 fine.

May I exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. May I bring an air mattress? Are children counted?

No, each property holds an occupancy certificate issued by the City of South Padre Island. Exceeding maximum occupancy risks voiding the certificate and may subject you to hefty fines or eviction. You may bring an air mattress as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Yes, children are counted in the number of guests.
