This cozy and very convenient ' Ground Floor' 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home is the perfect family rental to enjoy South Padre Island to its fullest. The Condo has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. One queen size bed in the main bedroom and one twin bed and a queen size bed in bedroom #2. There is a vertical washer and dryer center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms.
The beach is just a brisk walk (about 4-5 minutes) East from the condo. South Padre Island main street is half a block away to the West, very close to several restaurants and novelty retail stores.

A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two the units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds.

- Swimming pool is not heated
- This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island
- House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked

Once I rent this unit, how will I get the keys?

You don’t need a key!
I have installed electronic locks in all access doors. A couple days before your arrival I will provide you with a “personalized access code” and check-in instructions.

Is there a grill available?

There is a portable charcoal grill or an open flame charcoal grill available on first come first served basis.

Is there parking available?

Yes, all units have at least parking for two vehicles. Please do not block other units parking spaces! Some streets in SPI allow parking on the street and some don’t. Please ask!

Is the swimming pool heated?

No, it is not!

Is the swimming pool shared?

Yes, the patio and swimming pool are shared with other units!

Are pets allowed?

House-trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee! 2 pets max!

Is there an age restriction to rent this property?

Yes, there is. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. Exceptions are possible through a higher refundable deposit but complete group must be older than 21. Other restrictions and requirements may apply

How far is the beach?

It takes me 4-6 minutes to walk from the property to the public beach access.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, neither parties nor events are allowed at any of our properties. Some complexes when this rule is broken, the responsible person(s) may be subject to a $300 fine.

May I exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. May I bring an air mattress? Are children counted?

No, each property holds an occupancy certificate issued by the City of South Padre Island. Exceeding maximum occupancy risks voiding the certificate and may subject you to hefty fines or eviction. You may bring an air mattress as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Yes, children are counted in the number of guests
