Sun Ray 2-B is a great 1 Bedroom / 1 Full Bathroom condo centrally located on the gulf side of the island and close to everything. This recently remodeled condo on the second floor of the Sun Ray 6-plex, has a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, two bunk beds in the extra wide hallway and a Full size sleeper sofa in the living room, which can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The condo has A/C, two TVs, fast internet with WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, granite counters and cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. The dining area sits 6 and for your convenience it has a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The location of the building is very convenient by having lots of amenities within walking distance.
This pet friendly unit is ideal for families and families with children, romantic weekends, BFF girls vacations, fishing trips, business trips, winter Texans and Spring Breakers (Notes: Responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. For Spring Break and Easter week rentals there are additional requirements which includes additional refundable deposits – Minimum age requirement is 21 to rent during these two seasons – Approved pets require a non-refundable one-time pet fee per pet/stay – 2 pets max).
There are 2 assigned parking spots per unit. The back patio has a portable charcoal grill available for guests. NO POOL, but a very SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH.
