This charming 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is the perfect family rental that will leave both, the kids and the adults happy. The home has a large flat LED screen T Vs in the living areas, a fully equipped kitchen in both units, and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A King size bed in the Master Bedrooms and two queen size beds in each of the other bedrooms. The Master Bedrooms have a flat screen LED T Vs and ceiling fans and there is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer conveniently located in the home. A French style door connects you with the wonderful and tropical patio, featuring a huge swimming pool. Other amenities include Wi Fi throughout the property and free parking for up to five vehicles. The property is pet friendly for house trained pets (pet fee/per pet required - 3 pets max)

The wonderful South Padre Island beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of very good restaurants at walking distance from the home, such as Padre Rita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites!

House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked.

Once I rent this unit, how will I get the keys?

You don’t need a key!
I have installed electronic locks in all access doors. A couple days before your arrival I will provide you with a “personalized access code” and check-in instructions.

Is there a grill available?

There is a portable charcoal grill or an open flame charcoal grill available on first come first served basis.

Is there parking available?

Yes, all units have at least parking for two vehicles. Please do not block other units parking spaces! Some streets in SPI allow parking on the street and some don’t. Please ask!

Is the swimming pool heated?

No, it is not!

Is the swimming pool shared?

Yes, the patio and swimming pool are shared with one other unit!

Are pets allowed?

House-trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee! 2 pets max!

Is there an age restriction to rent this property?

Yes, there is. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. Exceptions are possible through a higher refundable deposit but complete group must be older than 21. Other restrictions and requirements may apply

How far is the beach?

It takes me 4-6 minutes to walk from the property to the public beach access.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, neither parties nor events are allowed at any of our properties. Some complexes when this rule is broken, the responsible person(s) may be subject to a $300 fine.

May I exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. May I bring an air mattress? Are children counted?

No, each property holds an occupancy certificate issued by the City of South Padre Island. Exceeding maximum occupancy risks voiding the certificate and may subject you to hefty fines or eviction. You may bring an air mattress as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Yes, children are counted in the number of guests.
