Once I rent this unit, how will I get the keys?

You don’t need a key!

All access doors have programmable electronic locks. One day before your arrival you will receive an email with a personalized access code and check-in instructions.

Is there a grill available?

There is portable charcoal grill or an open flame charcoal grill available on first come first served basis.

Is there parking available?

Yes, all units have at least parking for two vehicles. Please do not block other units parking spaces! Some streets in SPI allow parking on the street and some don’t. Please ask! Your vehicle may be towed away at owners expense if parked illegally. Park at your own risk.

Is the swimming pool heated?

No, it is not!

Yes, the swimming pool is private.

Are pets allowed?

This is property specific. If allowed there will be a pet fee required per pet. Most units that allow pets have a 2 pets max restriction pets brought without authorization may be subject to a $300 fine. No puppies and no exotic pets.

Is there an age restriction to rent this property?

Yes, there is. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. Exceptions are possible through a higher refundable deposit but the complete group must be older than 21. Other restrictions and requirements may apply

How far is the beach?

It takes 4-7 minutes to walk from the property to the public beach access.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, neither parties nor events are allowed at any of our properties. Some complexes when this rule is broken, the responsible person(s) may be subject to a $300 fine.

May I exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. May I bring an air mattress?

No, each property holds an occupancy certificate issued by the City of South Padre Island. Exceeding maximum occupancy risks voiding the certificate and may subject you to hefty fines.
